I believe that therapy isn’t a one size fits all. Part of the process is getting to learn what works best for you and your needs. I create a safe space for you to explore whatever is affecting you. I also use evidence based techniques that are focused on helping you feel relief.

We will work together to figure out a plan to help you feel support and relief. This process starts with getting to know you and your experiences. We will explore the underlying causes of what you are going through and learn skills to best cope it. I want you to be able to use your voice in session and express your needs.

My clients would describe me as warm, empathic, a good listener, and someone that cares about the work we are doing. I am someone that is here to guide the ship as you talk through what is going on.
