Welcome! My approach is warm, attentive, and solutions-focused. I merge traditional psychodynamic therapy with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients tap into their inner strengths, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My clients may also describe me as motivational - I push my clients to achieve their goals so they can live their best lives. I am also not afraid to challenge my clients' existing beliefs or patterns.
