My goal is to get my clients out of therapy and not feel dependent on me. I want to help my clients reach their fullest potential and have the confidence to tackle life's challenges through psychoeducation, self-reflection, and skill-learning.

My struggle to find a therapist coupled with my love for psychology set me on a path to provide support for people struggling to find the right fit.

I want therapy to be a positive experience. Therapy is hard, but, ultimately, I want my clients to leave their sessions feeling better than they did before. I take a warm and conversational approach and incorporate humor and fun!
