I am a very empathetic and patient person which I bring into my practice so clients can feel safe and comfortable during our time together.

As a parent, I understand the difficulties, stressors, and anxieties that come with parenthood. I am passionate about helping parents who are struggling with anxiety, postpartum depression, parenting struggles, and infertility.

Growing up with an adopted brother who struggled with bipolar disorder, I saw the impact it had on not only him, but my entire family.

I'm a member of Resilience Lab — the largest community of clinicians working collaboratively to produce better outcomes and improve mental health.

Helping others is incredibly important to me, and something I try to do both in and out of therapy by volunteering.
