OFFERS REMOTE THERAPY
ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
My clients describe me as:
I am someone you can count on to hear your story, be kind, objective and non-judgmental. My office is a safe place to unburden.
Something to know about my approach is:
I do inner work with emotional process and blocked energy. I have been trained in an approach which develops and promotes connections in your information processing system. I utilize two main modalities: EMDR and Internal Family Systems.
Together, we will:
Explore the concerns which brought you to counseling, how these may or may not connect to past experiences, and what the possible options are for finding a solution. We may discover underlying dysfunctional beliefs that may need updating.
I specialize in working with people who:
Whose emotional systems have been compromised due to trauma or a history of abuse or adverse events.
I became a therapist because:
From childhood I wanted to help people solve their problems.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
Telehealth offers so much in the way of convenience and informality. I find that virtual counseling is as effective as face to face-- just as amazing.
More about me and my practice:
I have years of experience and continue to educate myself to increase my effectiveness. I have a small caseload so that I can devote myself to fully understanding and helping those I serve.
