About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

Caring, compassionate and professional. My clients are provided a safe space to work through some of their most difficult experiences.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I provide the best care, support and service to my clients by utilizing evidenced based theoretical interventions, with a focus on strength based and narrative theory frameworks. You will know how best to walk with your grief; I am here to guide.

  • Together, we will:

Find a way or make one. That is what grief requires. We will work together to put the pieces of life back together again, rebuilding through resilience. Grief is a unique process that requires unique support.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

Have found themselves struggling with grief and need to put their worlds back together. There is no "right" way to grieve; there is in fact only "your" way. Many emotions, needs and concerns arise after a death; we can work through them together.

  • I became a therapist because:

I know there is light and life on the other side of the storm. You can get through it, and I can help you navigate the journey.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Currently offering all sessions via teletherapy, providing both weekly hour long sessions as well as more frequent micro-sessions.

  • More about me and my practice:

Now more than ever we need support on our grief journey. If you have lost a loved one and are finding it difficult to make it through each day, reach out now. There is help and healing in grief therapy.
