I believe that every part of ourselves and every emotion has a purpose, often trying to protect us, even when we find them confusing or upsetting. My passion is helping clients understand and honor their internal protective system, to create compassionate and lasting change.

Explore what is bringing you to therapy and collaborate on goals. From there, sessions will be tailored to you. With EMDR, I will guide you through the process of rewiring unhelpful thoughts, sensations, and behaviors. With IFS, we will map your inner world with curiosity and self-compassion rather than judgment.

Gentle, affirming, and playful. Healing can be intense work, and incorporating intentional humor and levity can help with staying grounded through the process.

Want support with anxious thoughts, low self-worth, nightmares, confusing and intense emotional reactions that feel out of proportion with the situation, healing from difficult experiences in childhood, or feel stuck or stagnant in traditional talk therapy.

I identify as a white-bodied, cisgender, queer, and neurodivergent. I am certified in EMDR and have completed level 1 training for IFS. I've worked in a variety of community mental health outpatient therapy settings including in K-12 schools, a primary care office, and through Telehealth. I am not in network with Medicaid or Medicare plans.
