About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

My clients experience me as warm, genuine, and open. I humbly seek to learn how my clients experience their world while holding expansive identities.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I work using a relational, trauma-informed, liberation-focused lens. I use techniques such as EMDR, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and narrative therapy to tailor my approach for each individual based on their needs, experiences, and values.

  • Together, we will:

I support my clients heal from trauma from the past while building skills to navigate stressful moments in the present. I work especially well with topics like relationship changes, social anxiety, and sexual assault recovery.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA and non-monogamous adults navigate identity challenges, heal from sexual and relationship trauma, and feel less anxiety in their daily lives.

  • I became a therapist because:

I believe that we can release shame when we re-write our story with the help of a therapist who can hear us with empathy and understanding.
