I specialize in working with people who:

have family conflict, relationship issues, couples and marital counseling. I am a certified trauma therapist and also utilize EMDR for anxiety, loss, grief and trauma.

I became a therapist because:

I feel mental health continues to be stigmatized in my cultures and I became a therapist to advocate mental health and spread awareness.

I want my clients to be able to be their authentic self, be able to cope with their life struggles and live up to their full potential.

I am passionate about helping individuals find their voice to express their struggles and be able to live up to their full potential. I also have other clinicians at my practice who are available to support and help individuals obtain support.
