Whatever brings you here, I will join you on a process of discovery to untap the potential already within you to heal and thrive. I use a relational, person-centered and trauma-informed approach, incorporating mindfulness practices and somatic techniques. She is passionate about working with members of LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities.

She is sex-positive, body neutral, kink aware and affirming, and poly/ENM-friendly. She values radical empathy, creativity, critical thinking, constant questioning and curiosity. Above all, she values you and your unique process. The only expectations will be those you set for yourself.
