I specialize in counseling Christian women who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-worth, relationships issues, divorce, trauma, and work/career stress. I use CBT and ACT from a biblical perspective to help women draw on their faith while cultivating peace, joy, and confidence while working toward their unique goals for therapy.

Together, we will uncover underlying thoughts, beliefs, and feelings that are keeping you from living the life you were created for. You will learn to approach life with a fresh perspective as we work together in session to help you replace negative false beliefs with the truth of your strengths, gifts, and identity in Christ.

I am inspired by women who are willing to face those hard areas of life to work toward healing and growth. I enjoy meeting clients where they are to walk alongside them on their journey toward wellness. I use a collaborative approach drawing on women’s unique strengths, experience, and interests to formulate goals and create plans for reaching those goals.
