My clients describe me as passionate. I want the best for my clients and I find ways of expressing that to encourage them to make the best decisions.

Something to know about my approach is:

I believe a client knows what is best for themselves, but sometimes it is difficult to steer in the direction you want to go. I walk with you, providing empathy and encouragement through this journey of self-discovery to unlock your better self.

I specialize in working with people who:

I work with teens, young adults and adults trying to cope with anxiety, depression, life transitions and self-esteem building, among other concerns. My clients are open to assistance and are led by the exploration process.

I became a therapist because:

I believe there are limited opportunities for BIPOC clients to receive the mental health care they deserve. I want to help bridge that gap.

I'm a member of the Resilience Lab — the largest community of clinicians working collaboratively to produce better outcomes and improve mental health.

I am an animal lover, and my pup loves to say hi from time to time for additional client support.
