Struggle with maintaining healthy relationships. Are unique and don't fit in a typical box. Have chronic illness. Feel anxious, overwhelmed, and stressed. Are trying to better understand who they are.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

My practice is primarily virtual, but I now offer some in-person sessions in Ardmore, PA in a building with a lovely, plant-filled atrium.

I have experience working with other therapists and therapists in training. I'm involved in creative pursuits and well-versed in issues unique to creatives. I have lived & professional experience with ADHD, chronic illness and religious trauma.
