I'm a member of Resilience Lab — the largest community of clinicians working collaboratively to produce better outcomes and improve mental health.

I incorporate art, humor, and the “here and now” to create a relaxing, engaging space in therapy. I value play and exploration to foster growth. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, nature, and spending time with my fur babies.
