Connection is key. I use a holistic (whole person), trauma-informed approach based in intersectional liberation feminism, radical psychology & harm-reduction. All my work is consent-based. I'm autism/ADHD/GSM affirming, sex positive, & body neutral.

I became the therapist I needed when I was younger.

My office is filled with geeky trinkets. My two cats, Ziggy & Little Miss, might make appearances during our sessions.

More about me and my practice:

When I'm not in the therapy space, I'm playing in my group's 6+ year long D&D campaign, binge watching geeky shows with the cats, gaming with my spouse, or creative writing in my free time.
