that it's based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing.

work will range across a variety of topics including feelings of depression, anxiety, stress management, and finding meaning.
I became a therapist because:
it's harder than it should be to reach out for help. I want to help fight stigma and increase conversations about mental health 🙂
