Since everyone is different I use a versatile approach and borrow from different modalities depending on your needs. Some of my favorites are CBT to challenge thinking, ACT for acceptance and flexibility, and EMDR for true healing and processing.

Learn some immediate coping skills to make life easier right now. We will also work on long term goals to identify and treat the underlying causes of your mental health challenges and help you feel more in control of your life and wellbeing.
I specialize in working with people who:
have anxiety or depression- oftentimes both. Sometimes they also have a history of trauma, but not always. Many of the people I work with are perfectionists and just never feel like they're quite good enough.
I became a therapist because:
I know what it's like to have anxiety, depression, and to not feel good enough. I also know how powerful it can be to get help and feel more free.
