My approach varies from person to person, as everyone is unique. I mainly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, where we explore how thoughts, behaviors, and feelings work together, and change them where they may be unhelpful.

During our initial session, we will explore your concerns and talk about your story. From there, we will come up with a road map to guide treatment, where you will learn tools and skills you can use to improve wellness beyond our work together.

I prioritize creating a warm, accepting environment with all of my clients where they can feel free to share without fear of judgment.

I have a lot of experience working with people struggling to adjust to changing life circumstances and the stress and anxiety that comes with it.

I have always been interested in mental health and wanted to learn how I could apply what I learned to helping people.

I offer virtual therapy for ease and convenience for clients and access for those who otherwise would not be able to seek out mental health care.
