Whether talking with adults and teens or playing with children, I hope to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore whatever is going on in their lives and create the change they desire.

Together we will explore your identity, needs, and hopes so that you can find ways to have those needs met in meaningful ways. We will look at past experiences and relationships acknowledging that they impact you, but they do not define you. We will identify your hopes and goals so that we can work towards them together.
