Focus on your stressors (family, relationships, work, school) and decide on a plan of treatment. Therapy isn't one size fits all and we will adjust accordingly as we go through the process, addressing new challenges as they arise.
Experience interpersonal relationship challenges and distressing or distressing emotional states. Many emotions can reach the level of causing distress (e.g., anxiety, depression) and I feel working on emotion regulation can be useful to all clients.
