I am available to see new clients on Monday and Tuesday evenings. I am located centrally in the Montrose area of Houston.
Three words that describe my style are:
compassionate, engaging, reflective
Something unique about my approach is:
Therapy with me is collaborative and personalized. I value a holistic approach to therapy and focus on the whole person rather than only symptoms. Strengths of each individual and areas of growth are explored with emphasis on skill building.
Together we will explore:
meaningful areas in your life where you are seeking change, personal growth and improvement in a supportive environment. Asking for help is not always easy and I believe in focusing on the issues/ concerns that are most relevant to each person.
I specialize in working with people who:
struggle with life transitions/adjustments, depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD and related disorders. I also have extensive experience working with Veterans.
I became a therapist because:
I wanted to provide relief and hope to those seeking help with life's challenges. Everyone has struggles and I want to help people navigate those.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
conveniently located, modern space, private waiting room
