I'm trained in multiple therapies (CBT and DBT) that will assist in identifying the thoughts and patterns that are not working to get you where you want to be. When we can change a situation we will, when we can’t, we’ll find a different way.

I specialize in working with people who:

I welcome people dealing with all types of issues, military, law enforcement matters, trauma, infidelity, LGBTQIA+ challenges, ADHD, grief, and domestic violence. I work with men's issues, women's issues, and LGBTQIA+ issues.
