Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
My clients describe me as:
genuine, positive, intentional, collaborative, focused, & helpful with providing feedback and direction for what to work on in or outside of therapy.
Something to know about my approach is:
that it is based on science and effective for adults from diverse backgrounds and communities, which includes university students, LGBTQ+ groups, other therapists, health care professionals, parents, and business professionals & entrepreneurs.
Together, we will:
commit to processing past stressful events, reflecting on the present, and exploring new ways of living, adapting, & growing into the future in therapy. Feeling like you are not in control is stressful, but we can help you regain a sense of control.
I specialize in working with people who:
have general anxiety, stress, & adjustment concerns, social/relationship anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, chronic illness & disability, depression, bipolar disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, trauma, psychosis, and work stress & burnout.
I became a therapist because:
I am passionate about mental wellbeing and have lived experience with anxiety, panic & depression. I also have family with depression, anxiety, & OCD.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I used to work in academia, so students, researchers, & other high-achieving individuals often choose to work with me since I understand their world.
