I specialize in working with young and adult women suffering from depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD, and insecurity. In addition to these specialties, I also have extensive experience working with individuals struggling with religious shame.

I became a therapist because there I want to help people let go of a shame narrative and start living a fulfilled life.
