I specialize in working with people who feel overwhelmed by anxiety or life transitions and are looking for a safe, supportive space to better understand themselves. Many of my clients are navigating people-pleasing, perfectionism, or challenges with boundaries, often while trying to show up for others without losing themselves in the process.

I became a therapist because I believe in the healing power of being seen and heard. I’ve experienced how meaningful it is to have someone walk with you through hard seasons, and I’m passionate about creating that kind of space for others.

I'm also trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to support deeper healing when clinically appropriate and prescribed.
