I'll meet you where you are and we'll gently begin to unravel your story and any traumatic experiences you may have so that you can gain confidence, self-trust, and begin to heal and create the life you truly desire.

My specialties have been in working with child survivors of abuse and crime, unhoused women and children, survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, and those challenged by substance use.

Seeing others succeed in areas that are meaningful to them is one of my greatest joys!
