I often work with people struggling to overcome a current or past painful experience that has them feeling overwhelmed and at a loss. I aim to help clients process difficult experiences so that they can feel empowered in the choices they make.

I became a therapist because:

I've witnessed that material success is nothing without fulfilling relationships, and becoming a therapist is my way of helping others achieve this.

Currently I offer only teletherapy, which means that my services are accessible from anywhere within Texas via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

Because I have worked 12+ years outside of the mental health field in various industries, I have an appreciation for the different pressures and constraints my clients might be under that may escape me had I only had experience in one field.
