We work together to find the reasons behind your struggles, communication, behavior, and pain. We find ways to heal the past, engage the present, and find hope in the future. We talk about relationships, coping, and what you need to feel successful.

We start with a relationship, maybe that is talking about your favorite things and maybe that is with humor. I make sure you are comfortable first.

I work with people who have experienced generational trauma, those who have experienced addiction and loss through family history, and folks suffering from traumatic loss.

I grew up in a family that did not understand or recognize mental health or addiction, leading to too many losses. I wanted to figure it out.

I have worked with folks from all walks of life, there is very little that will shock me and work very hard to never judge. I understand life is about learning and sometimes unlearning.
