We will explore whatever thoughts and feelings come to mind in session. The focus will be on how your current internal experience is connected to past patterns and relationships. Together we will help you feel more safe in your own skin.

I specialize in working with those who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, low self-esteem, codependency. So those who struggle most with the way they relate to themselves or others (i.e., loneliness, criticizing themselves, fear of rejection).
