I utilize open communication, and a client centered approach to assist client's with creating practices that can benefit them longterm towards being their best self. I have experience in skill building and assisting with family conflict.

As a therapist I enjoy providing a safe haven and a space for each individual to be creative and authentic. Therapy is work but it can also be fun.
