My clinical background has led me to work with several populations including those suffering from severe and chronic mental illness, as well as those dealing with anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship issues, and substance use disorders.

Using a client-centered approach that focuses on empathy and compassion, I aim to help clients make authentic, positive, and long lasting changes by first helping them identify attainable goals. Followed by working together to reach those goals.
