I pull from different types of treatment methods to tailor an approach that will work best for you. I also will involve you in the process of creating your treatment goals so that you feel confident that we are working towards your preferred future.

As a neurodivergent female with a chronic illness I feel that I can bring unique insight to the counseling space. I want to help advocate for people who are unrepresented/under represented. I also have seen in my own life just how powerful it is to have someone listen to your story and hold it with you.
