I invite folx in my practice to show up as themselves, in all of your grief, frustrations, joy and sadness. I believe that through receiving compassionate witnessing, you can have more capacity to create an internal sense of belonging.

Together, we will:

divest from hustle culture, release the burdens associated with time, money and energy scarcity, imagine a future where you are not acting out with self abandoning and zero in on your future goals- whether it be romantic goals or work related

I specialize in working with people who:

identify as Asian... grew up with perfectionistic and critical parents and were rewarded for their external achievements, but were conditioned to hide their feelings. Now you struggle with repressed rage and struggle when making big life decisions.

I became a therapist because:

I believe that inner healing work is powerful and can have lasting intergenerational impact for the future.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I do 100% virtual work and I encourage people to meet with me in their PJ's, while eating or drinking. COMFORT IS KEY!!!
