identify as Asian... grew up with perfectionistic and critical parents and were rewarded for their external achievements, but were conditioned to hide their feelings. Now you struggle with repressed rage and struggle when making big life decisions.

I believe that inner healing work is powerful and can have lasting intergenerational impact for the future.

I fully believe all parts of you are accepted, even your deepest darkest part that you spend so much time hiding and shoving away. I see this work that we do as a way to continue to center your expertise and increase your connection to your intuition
