I became a therapist because I’ve seen, as well as experienced first hand, how money stress can quietly shape people’s lives and relationships. I wanted to help others move from feeling stuck or anxious about finances to feeling more confident, balanced, and aligned with what truly matters to them.

I offer free 15 minute consultations to see if we'd be a good fit to work together. I think that is an important step towards building a trusting relationship.
