I’m a compassionate therapist who helps clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I use evidence-based approaches including CBT to shift unhelpful thought patterns and EMDR to process past experiences, creating space for healing, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change.
