My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client I work with. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy, as both modalities help me and the client build a shared understanding of their reality.

I have found that being my true authentic self helps others to be able to do the same. I consider myself a people's person. I don't believe we have to fit into a "textbook" image in order to thrive.
I enjoy seeing people heal from things that once hurt them or kept them quiet. I love to see people love themselves out loud.
