As an autistic counselor, I offer a collaborative, neurodivergent-affirming and trauma-informed space for adults. I use an eclectic approach, leaning predominantly person-centered while using CBT, DBT, and ACT as they become helpful throughout sessions, but I adapt based on clients' needs. I am especially influenced by DBT, but I will adapt to you!

My clients would describe me as logical and direct, but still understanding the importance of emotions and the fact they can cause harm or be used as valuable insight, depending on how you interact with them. I can come across a little stoical with my facial expressions, but I also like to incorporate humor as appropriate: it can be important for healing!
