As a driven, professional, and family person, we have perfected appearing calm and collected on the surface while experiencing intense internal pressure—like ducks, gliding smoothly above water while working furiously beneath. Its exhausting, yet we cannot stop judging ourselves as not doing enough for those we love and the professions we are dedicated to.

This is a judgment free space—you already judge yourself enough. Self criticism and judgement only fuels the fire, making it harder to put out. Instead, we learn to meet ourselves with empathy and grace by examining our snarled inner beliefs, challenging that aggravating inner critic, and reconnecting with our compassionate inner self.

My style is compassionate, relatable, non-judgmental, direct with a little bit of humor. I believe that therapy is a place to process, work through, and heal from all we are experiencing and have experienced. When I needed help overcoming what was standing in my way and processing trauma, it was a therapist that guided me through the process.

I specialize in working with adults who are dealing with trauma, substance abuse, and/or burnout.
