Availability
I prefer providing therapy in person. I do offer telehealth sessions for people in Alabama or Tennessee who have adequate privacy and strong enough internet connection to support the telehealth appointment. Sessions are typically scheduled at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m. or 4 p.m. on Mondays through Thursdays. On Fridays, only 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. are available.
