I feel some of the primary focuses should be on gaining self-compassion, learning new skills to help you in the hear and now, and understanding where some of the unhealthy thoughts and life patterns come from during your therapy sessions.

During therapy will will explore not only your past, but where you want to go and set healthy realistic goals. We will work on developing healthy thoughts patterns along with developing skills to aid you in making new choices in life.
