I specialize working with adults who wish to heal from trauma; parents/caregivers struggling to connect with or support their child; women's health, men's health; perinatal & postpartum mood disorders; and unapologetically Autistic or ADHD folks.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I provide in-person outdoor walking therapy sessions to clients in Anchorage (also called ecotherapy or wilderness therapy)
