I operate from a strengths-based and client focused perspective. I am attachment-based and trauma-focused. I am here to collaborate with you as a team. I offer compassion and curiosity, as well as extensive experience with many types of issues and challenges.

Work at your pace to achieve what is important to you. Whether that means specific skills you'd like to gain, or processing emotions related to trauma or attachment wounds, our focus is driven by you. We will work together to dismantle limiting beliefs and rebuild new skills for success.

Easy to talk to, supportive, and calm. We also have a lot of laughs together.

Have experienced past trauma or struggle with attachment and relational patterns that keep them feeling stuck or unseen. My clients are often those in helping professions or who are always doing for others and need help to nurture their identity and explore their own needs outside of a helping role. I work with children, teens, and adults of all ages.
