Using trauma-informed, evidence-based techniques, I help my clients build coping skills, process difficult emotions, strengthen resilience, and gain confidence. I partner with families to create lasting growth, healing, and emotional well-being.

Together, we will create a safe and supportive space where your child can express their feelings, develop healthy coping skills, build resilience, and regain confidence. Through a collaborative approach, we will work toward healing, strengthening relationships, and helping you or your child thrive at home, at school, and in everyday life.
