I believe many of the patterns people struggle with today once helped them survive in earlier stages of life. If they once supported you, let’s seek to understand first. Therapy with me is not about shaming you for your coping strategies. It’s about understanding them, building self-awareness, and creating healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

Together we will work to better understand the patterns, beliefs, and survival strategies that may be keeping you stuck. We’ll focus on building emotional awareness, healthier boundaries, healthy nervous system regulation, and a stronger connection to yourself so that healing feels sustainable, not performative.

My clients describe me as warm, direct, insightful, and easy to talk to. I value creating a space where people feel emotionally safe while also being challenged when needed. My approach balances curiosity, accountability, and compassion without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.

I’ve always been curious about the ways in which we adapt, survive, and seek connection. Many of us learned to shrink, disconnect, or become someone we’re not, just to survive. That’s strength and intelligence. I’m passionate about helping people untangle these survival patterns and reconnect with themselves to build lives that feel grounded and honest.

My approach balances insight with practical change and supports people in understanding not just what they do, but why they do it, so healing feels more embodied, sustainable, and connected to reality.
