My approach is based in psychoeducation. I provide knowledge as a basis to my trauma-informed, culturally sensitive empathetic approach. I get to know you and understand how you see the world, and understand how your cycles have served you, while helping you to implement healthier and more optimal ways of functioning that improve your wellbeing holistically.
