My clients describe me as:
Encouraging, validating, compassionate, non- judgmental, and open- minded.
Something to know about my approach is:
In the earliest stages of our work together, I will assist you in developing skills to self- soothe as a foundation for the deeper work of learning to love, respect, and accept yourself.
Together, we will:
break down internal barriers and unlearn patterns of self- sabotaging thoughts and behaviors. This is to guide you to an improved relationship with yourself, your emotions, and other people.
I specialize in working with people who:
are experiencing depression, anxiety, low- self- esteem, trauma- related symptoms, and difficulty with emotional wounds from the past. Helping people heal their worthiness wounds is a passion of mine.
More about me and my practice:
I often start clients with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy having a solid foundation to manage the day-to-day. I offer both EMDR and DBR online, have completed advanced training in EMDR, and have completed all three levels of DBR training.
