In the earliest stages of our work together, I will assist you in developing self- soothing skills as a foundation for the deeper work of learning to love, respect, and accept yourself.

We will identify unhelpful patterns that no longer serve you and heal the wounds that created those patterns in the first place so you can have a healthy relationship with yourself, your emotions, and other people.

I often start clients with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy having a solid foundation to manage the day-to-day. I have completed advanced training in EMDR and parts work and have completed all three levels of DBR training to process traumatic shock.
