I work from an attachment-focused lens, concentrating on how early relationships inform how we relate, and how to build more secure, fulling connections as an adult. With the use of EMDR as well as traditional talk therapy, I enjoy helping individuals integrate a more adaptive narrative into how they see themselves and the world around them.
