I work from a developmental background, using cognitive approaches to help teens and young adults manage a variety of age-related issues. I also work with adults who experience challenges with anxiety, depression and an array of life stressors.

Together we will walk along your journey of healing. I'd love to help support you as you learn techniques to better manage anxiety, depression or other emotional stressors. Allow me to be your teammate.

I offer in-person services for clients throughout the state of Arizona and virtual services in both Arizona and Florida. I accept various insurances and I also provide therapy at a reduced rate to better serve clients who do not plan to use insurance. Please feel free to reach out with any questions, the door is open!
