My approach is collaborative, believing you are the expert on your life and although you may not be where you want to be yet, you have worked hard to get to this point. I desire to come alongside you, discover your strengths, and utilize them to equip you with skills and insight that will support sustained growth.

Together we will discover your story, noticing events that shaped you as well as those experiences that perhaps did not happen and are necessary for healthy development. Our goal is not to place blame but rather to identify the truth of how your lived experience has shaped you. We will explore new ways to step towards a life of flourishing.

My clients would describe me as, warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental. With lived experience in marriage, parenting, empty-nesting, grief, and trauma, clients report feeling understood, valued, and truly seen.

I specialize in working with people who aren't sure why they're feeling stuck. They've tried to overthink it and blame themselves, still wondering why they act the way they do, ending up in similar situations. They are frustrated and want so desperately to have healthy relationships and a life they love.

I became a therapist because I came from a traumatic childhood...although I didn't know it at the time. I've always felt called to help people, and finally my career is in full alignment with my purpose.
