My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your needs. We’ll identify patterns that keep you feeling stuck, work through challenges at your pace, and build practical tools to manage emotions and create meaningful change. With children, I use play and storytelling to help them express and make sense of their experiences.

Together we will face what’s overwhelming in a way that is safe and manageable. We’ll set goals that feel meaningful to you and work toward them at a steady pace. You won’t have to do it alone—I’ll be there to support and guide you along the way.

My clients describe me as easy to talk to, genuine, and supportive. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable and understood. My goal is that you leave thinking, “yes, you get me”—while also helping you make sense of what you’re going through and gain a new perspective.

I specialize in working with people who feel overwhelmed and stuck and are navigating life transitions, identity, or spiritual questions. I also have a heart for supporting siblings of individuals with special needs as they process their unique experiences and roles.

I became a therapist because of my own experiences with anxiety and growing up in a family with unique dynamics, including a sibling with special needs and a strong faith background. These experiences shaped my desire to help others feel understood and supported as they navigate their own challenges.

I’m part of a group practice that specializes in working with children and families impacted by trauma and attachment-related concerns. This allows me to draw from a supportive, collaborative environment while providing thoughtful, individualized care to each client.
